For this extender, both product and support are sorely lacking. (In fact, the networks could have been set up on any router, and we didn't need or ask for any help changing the network names on our router, which happened to also be made by Linksys).I've always though of Linksys as a leading brand - but not any longer. She correctly pointed out that we should have given our 2.4 Gh and 5 Gh networks separate names - but then chastised us for seeking out of warranty support for our Linksys router.
